A very interesting and inspiring article.

Excellent article...
And loved Page's comment on an employees mistake. That would give a lot of dedication, courage and motivation for any employee in the org to innovate.
Realized lately, after a long time and after a lot of observation...
People who pay tax dont really damage the government property, typically Buses, but those who dont, dont really care...
My commute to office is bit long, since I stay in the outskirts of city. The route is altered due to a bridge construction for more than few months. All the vehicles have to choose one of the two alternatives.
(1) Shorter but mud road. (max speed 30/40 kmph)
(2) Longer but good road. (max speed 60/70 kmph)
Obviously the vehicles, Govt busses and taxis took the shorter route to save time. Including me!
After few weeks the shorter route was also blocked by huge stones; at least 2 ft wide and height (so heavy to make sure no one pushes it aside and go, since it happened before in that morning with the small stones!)
Reason being the vehicles damaged the drainage system put in place in that route! A different question arises about the quality of drainage now...
Yet the govt buses find some means to use yhat route by driving in opposite lane for half a km...!!
Most of the times, while in the bus, i fear of bus toppling or wheel getting strunk inside a drainage hole!!
The route is soo damaged that when i use my own vehicle, the road damaged my shock observers and i had to replace them... Costing me dearly...
I paid my.tax for a good living.. But people who really dont pay dont care about the public prop...
